Pryme Vessyl Return Policy

If you currently have a Pryme Vessyl and would like to return it, please find our return policy below.

To begin a return request, please reach out to our team at 'support@myvessyl.com'.

In order to return your Pryme, it will need to be:

  1. Within 30 calendar days of the time of purchase.
  2. Unused and in good working condition.
  3. The original retail packaging and all accessories are included in the return.

Feel free to send our team a message about any of this. If you feel that a product should be exchanged under a manufacturers warranty, just let us know and we'll start the conversation to take care of this.
