If you currently have an accessory (lid, charging coaster) for your Pryme Vessyl and would like to return it, please find our return policy below.

To begin a return request, please reach out to our team at 'support@myvessyl.com'.

In order to return your lid, it will need to be:

  1. Within 30 calendar days of the time of purchase.
  2. Unused and in good working condition.

In order to return your charging coaster, it will need to be:

  1. Within 30 calendar days of the time of purchase.
  2. In good working condition.

Feel free to send our team a message about any of this. If you feel that a product should be exchanged under a manufacturers warranty, just let us know and we'll start the conversation to take care of this.
