Charging Concerns

What this will address: you notice that your Pryme is having trouble charging, the top light may not be blinking, or you suspect something may be wrong with your charging coaster.

Make sure that the charging coaster is clean with no debris blocking the contact pin. Ensure that your Pryme Vessyl’s charging contact is clean and free of debris (this is located on the bottom of your Pryme right in the middle).

If your Pryme isn’t charging, please check the wall plug and cable for any damage. Try to plug your charging cable into a computer instead of the wall plug. You can also try charging a different product with your cable to ensure it is transferring a charge.
