What this will address: Sips are not being recorded, sips are being recorded but are not accurate, drinks are being tracked that should not have been added.
If you notice that your Pryme is not tracking all of your drinks, please ensure that it has an active connection and the Pryme Vessyl app is open in the background of your phone. You can check and confirm an active connection here. (link to connection trouble article)
If your Pryme is recording your drinks, but the amount recorded is not accurate, we would recommend a factory reset to ensure the sensors are reset and perform as intended. You can follow these steps to perform the reset. (link to factory reset article)
